Open Houses/Events

We host annual open houses during the summer and winter holiday season. The HMRRC is located at 97 Martin Street Hudson, PA 18705. We are on the second floor above the Hudson Polish Club. Unfortunately, our club room is not handicap accessible, we apologize for any inconvenience. 

We are excited to announce our Winter Open House dates! Admission is always free, no registration is necessary!  Be sure to follow us on Facebook for layout and show updates. There will also be multiple raffle prizes, model trains and merch for sale!

* Steam Days: The majority of engines/trains running on the layout will be steam engines. These work horses were the foundation of railroading, notorious for their classic chuffing sounds, and impressive steam powered strength.

** Named Passenger Train Day: A show dedicated to old time named passenger trains. These trains were staples to public transportation across our country in past and present years. Some of the trains that will be running include "The Empire Builder", and the "The Pennsylvanian".
